Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We appreciate hearing what we’re doing well and where we can improve. We understand that working remotely can be challenging, and we apologize for any confusion regarding the nature of the position. We will do a better job of identifying teams that operate more like a hybrid model and calling this out in job postings so we can set the appropriate expectations. We recognize that we can become more organized, and are implementing formal processes around business planning and execution to help with this. We are also introducing resources and exercises to support leadership in how they can deliver feedback effectively. We know Equity, Diversity and Inclusion is important and a lot of organizations can improve upon their strategy and programs; we are no exception. We’re committed to promoting equity, diversity and inclusion in our workplace, and are introducing initiatives to increase the representation of BIPOC employees across the various levels and teams.
