Got some good licenses and tech innovations but business strategies were poorly executed.

Management (the founder) is clueless, has no business acumen, and lacks management skills. Company has some nice and smart people, but also some really low quality hires.

Backed by big investors like SGX.

Terrible politics, people don't help you at all and will fire people. Do not work for them, and had to be saved by FOMO pay.
