Pros

- Awesome colleagues - Very nice office and workspace - Opportunity to work remotely

Cons

- Zero accountability from management, who talk behind your back, go on smear campaigns when you fall short, and fabricate lies to make you look bad. - Poor leadership. If you aren’t a ‘yes’ man who blindly follows orders, show any kind of freethinking or independent thought, they will go to war with you. - Marketing has blown through several employees in a very short time, but they refuse to clearly explain why. They expect instant, perfect results, but are incapable of direct, effective communication. - Hired at the start of the year and was making progress. They never brought to my attention that the way I did my job was wrong/ineffective, and if I didn’t make necessary changes and improvements to redeem myself and rectify the problem, that I would be let go - without any action plan, recourse, or explanation. Turns out the person I worked with and reported to, who I thought I could trust and confide in, plotted my demise. One thing was said to my face, but while my back was turned, the opposite was true with seeds of lies, deceit, dishonesty, smear campaigns, and betrayal being sown.

Pros

Benefits and training you for some basic banking role. Some managers were kind and wanted to see your growth but you could only go so far. President of company was kind and seemed to try.

Cons

Where to start. Upper Management: truly make you feel like they look down on you. The only person I truly felt like they weren't better than you was Jack. Office vs back office: there is a constant battle. They treated the front line like they were better then them and that the front line were useless. Especially the branch operations department and how she and her team talked to branch employees. Branch vs branch: would fight over who got credit for what since they made sales pressure so hard on their employees. HR: they are not what an HR team should be. After leaving I truly feel they lack proper training and are unprofessional with their own "personal" opinions of people. Especially the VP of HR. Pay: what a lack compared to their competitors. They are always stating they are a billion dollar company but lack pay for employees and put more focus on rebranding for the 5th time. Bonuses were always changed to not pay out.
