Business outlook
Pros
The company is young and vibrant, with great people and a very friendly work atmosphere. They are very clear as to the routes you can take within the company, and personal employee development is closely monitored. I started as an intern and was hired as Junior Behavioural Analyst, and enjoyed the work and the environment in which it took place. They were very accommodating with personal needs and my supervisor was attentive and mindful of my wellbeing and personal development. Got to work on interesting projects with big clients, and write a lot of interesting pieces for the library. The library content management was exceptional, open minded and truly nurturing and encouraging of input and original ideas.
Cons
As is customary in the industry, starting pay isn't great. For me, the pay rises one would hope for when moving weren't significant enough to motivate.
