This was my first job after my college and I was not experience. I was put an challenging project. I made many mistakes initially but I was encouraged to build my skills. The team motivated me and gave me free hand to apply my own ideas and technical solutions.
Cons
There is not training as such , You have learn on the job. Also it is a small company.
