If you are looking for a fast paced work environment in a young and rapidly growing international consulting company then this is the ideal company to join. You will need to be confident in your abilities, self reliant yet a total team player, have a huge "go-getter" "figure it out" approach to your day, and want to contribute your ideas. Right now we do not have a huge amount time for extra hand holding but we are evolving as we grow by adding new disciplines and greater specialized positions to assist in assimilating all of our growth. Career growth potential is thru the roof not only due to our rapid international growth trajectory but also via just doing a plain old good job! Oh yeah, we still work in as much fun as we can with all company snacks, meals, social events, end of week employee gatherings, you name it.
Cons
Growth brings excitement but also has its possible negative side depending on your perspective. If you want a highly routine job then this is currently not the place for you. Each day here is pretty dynamic due to our clients needs and our over all business growth. If you are not flexible in how you approach your position then this is also not the place for you as we are looking for flexible/adaptable people. If you need all plans 100% worked out in advance of them being shared with you then this is not your place. You see we pride ourselves on being entrepreneural and really transparent and in doing this we will share some stuff that winds up changing a bit mostly cause we live in the real world and it changes all the time so we need to adapt to it.
