      Worthy cause. Flexible hours. Great staff.

      Cons

      Leadership team is knowledgeable in their fields, but not in leading people. No accountability or correction for behavior of leaders. Poor communication. Limited advancement opportunities. Unbalanced treatment of clients based on ethnicity.
