They have amazing benefits. Full Medical AND dental. Vision, 401k, 125 reimbursement program. They have life insurance. It's a wonderful package.
Cons
It seems that Canon has in the past few years, become insensitive to their employees. I was with them 8 and a half years, and was given no loyalty to my time working for them.
