The company itself is nice, however the management style is super outdated - Analyst Canon Employee Review

It's a dinosaur company with too many old people, it lacks youth and youthful energy. This is very apparent in the rigid management style and endless red tape and bureaucracy. They say all the current and hip things, but it's painfully obvious none of it can be fully realized. This company can be compared to a mega tanker, it's not flexible, quick, flashy or modern. It floats and it moves and that is about the same for the vision and strategy. This attitude does nothing for motivation or innovation.
