      Terrible culture, managers/supervisors don't care about their people at all. You are not able to move up unless you know someone. No room for creativity from employees as far as their ideas being shared or used.

      Pros

      I had a very positive internship experience, Canon really values their interns and lets them do all sorts of special projects. All employees are super kind and I would love to return there full time if there is an opportunity available.
