Pros

The patients are great and loveable.

Cons

This company lies to the patients and the staff. They promise raises and the employees never receive them. No one is fully trained and over worked. All the employees fear being replace and the investors don't have a clue of the disaster and lies to patient and insurance companies. They hire staff that doesn't understand or speak english. No one ever answers the phone and the jobs are always pushed along. They don't like to reimburse you even with copy of receipts.

Pros

The onboarding process was incredibly seamless and user-friendly. Tania was excellent, providing thorough training and detailed information regarding the company and our benefits. She was also instrumental in helping me receive and set up my equipment. Additionally, the HR team was extremely helpful in resolving a few issues I encountered while completing my Workday tasks. I am very happy to be here; everyone has been incredibly kind and welcoming.

Overall, it has been an excellent experience!
