Pros
Opportunity to work on some of largest, most complex, and challenging projects out there. Young staff are given a lot of responsibility quickly, which accelerates the learning curve.
Cons
Salaries aren't noncompetitive, but employees tend to be treated like a number, so there is little room for negotiation. Staff could be better compensated according to their contributions rather than attempting to satisfy "equity" statistics.
