      Very flexible. Usually provide housing. Medical is good. Dental is good. Vision is non existent. 401k. 2 weeks vacation or sick pay.

      Cons

      Hard to promote if you don’t know the right people. Pay is low. Raises are nonexistent. No bonus program. VERY RARELY commission for renewals.

      I loved working for cannon. My regional was very supportive as was everyone else I encountered in the company

      Pros

      Cannon covers 100% of benefits and has a great family-oriented culture. Upper management is very involved and makes the organization feel comfortable.

      Cons

      Some areas of the organization may be outdated but they are working on innovating the company.
