      Knowledge-based customer service opportunites that make your soul feel good. Can have really cool coworkers at times too!

      District level managment had terrrible energy, was always passive agressive, fear based leadership.

      The Sarasota Location has wonderful management and a really fun work environment.

      Cons

      Company higher ups aren't always realistic with their expectations for staff. Poor staff discount.

      They do not respond to applications, yet constantly have postings in and out of their careers page. They only seem to hire industry friends & family and yuppie nepobabies.
