      Progressive approach to flexible working. Easy to give feedback. Real change achievable if needed. Incredible, easy to get behind purpose. Get to work with dogs and people.

      Cons

      Pay is a bit rubbish but it's a charity. 100% relies on charitable donations and during the downturn job security is a problem.
