It is almost impossible to rise up in the company, management does not care a whole lot for their staff, it's a little cliquey and dramatic like high school, the owner favors customers with lots of money - even if the dog is horrible, the owner will do anything to make/save money, they are constantly adding new rules just to cover their tracks
