More relaxed than a class 1 Railroad.. but they aren't a railroad. Decent hours, on a rotating shift schedule. They embrace digital technology.
Cons
Management out for themselves, making a bonus dependant on their yearly budget situation. Nothing happens quick as far as raises or requests are concerned.
