Some roles may have heavier workloads during peak program seasons. However, leadership is generally understanding and open to feedback.

We have a new CEO who has implemented exciting changes to the agency, including a new building space and more flexibility. Programs have received more support through a newly hired Vice President. Employees are offered a competitive salary in the early childhood education field. There are several programs within ASCC, which makes it possible to find a new position without leaving the agency.

The agency used to pay for much of the health insurance cost, but employees pay a higher percentage now. I'm hopeful this will change as the company continues to move forward.
