Treats you very well, great people, flexible working, interesting projects.
Cons
Not much money for projects, employees sin competition for it, can't work as ambitiously as i would like,
Hiring freeze, so becoming increasingly under-staffed
No in-role progression

- Everything is run by favoritism and petty politics
- No one outside of upper management ever wants to be there
- Management constantly taunts you with being fired or if your a temp of being hired just to make you work harder
- Gossip, foul language, and petty squabbles run rampant
- Toxic environment that promotes unhealthy competition
- Only the top 2 or 3 processors have any opportunity and will not help you in fear of losing there positions and bonuses
