The organization’s mission is inspiring, and it’s clear that leadership is deeply invested in creating meaningful impact while adapting to changes in the broader landscape. The pace is fast and dynamic, which keeps things exciting and challenging in the best way. In the past year especially, there’s been a noticeable investment in infrastructure and systems improvements. The organization is positioning itself thoughtfully for the future, and employees have opportunities to grow alongside that transformation.

As with any organization undergoing growth and modernization, there are occasional growing pains, new systems and processes take time to adopt and optimize. Communication can sometimes lag behind the speed of change.

As a small organization, I take pride in our strength and resilience. With the recent transition to new leadership, I am excited about the opportunities ahead. Given this change, it would not be appropriate to highlight any drawbacks associated with the previous administration, as they do not accurately represent our organization's current direction and potential. I believe in focusing on the future and the positive impact we can make moving forward.
