Worst company in my entire career. Hard to believe but true. - Software Developer Canarys Automations Employee Review

Below is the list of Cons for this company. To use a laptop u have to get key N a big permission email that to do their work N not for personal work. Sounds strange, but its true. For HR position, you have to study MBA, but here HR people r people of other stream graduates. Don't know whom to recruit N what to recruit. No appraisal AT all. They don't have this in their dictionary. Starting few days you feel that you have job, but you will know once you are working. People with Ego can survive. No bonus. They tell flexible timings, but only flexible for some teams. Again Dress code for particular teams. Hello, you should look at the work of the person N not by their dress code. Big companies only don't have it what is the point of you having. You should write emails in a respecting way to the receiver other wise management feel angry. Hello, you are still not in school r college. They have a ticketing tool which doest work and here you have to call the person N tell you have created a ticket otherwise they cannot see. No place to eat lunch N no place to work. No backup of internet if connection is down. All working here have searched a lot N found no job so they are working for a living, otherwise the company would close. They tell they have office in USA, don't know how it's there. Corporate HQ only is outstanding !!! They have one method of having people work for them long. It's by making them sign a bond. Hello, small companies smaller than u (startups), don't have this bond culture Y u. If you are employee friendly, people will stay for long. Good that I had quit 2 years back N I am in a good position.
