Pros

None come to mind when I think back on it.

Cons

Excessive use of company speak that makes no sense. 90% women working there. If there was a gender reversal they would have been sued. Managers who call after hours and on weekends about issues they could have dealt with during work hours. VP giving contradictory instructions: I don't want to take ANY work home, why didn't you put this in my package to take home (same day). Upper management preventing people from moving up in the company or into new positions because they want they don't want to replace people.

Pros

The office is modern and is easy to get to. The pay is fairy competitive.

Cons

As others have mentioned, the opinions of staff below the managerial level are not respected and work is heavily micromanaged. Upward mobility is limited, I would not recommend for anyone seeking promotion. Senior leadership lack transparency. There is constant positive talk, but it feels artificial. All work is done in silos, with no interactions with other parts of the business. Culture is extremely political, the politics subscribed to by senior leadership can feel currently topical to some but extreme to others.
