Stable Everyone gets an office You dont go hungry as they keep a kitchen stocked with water juice and pop. Leftover food from meeting and food served during shareholder meetings are a good perk.
Cons
Worst work life balance. Need to come to work even in the coldest weather and even if commuting takes you until noon. They will give you as much work they can get away with for unfair pay No WFH, and if youre sick and WFH, youre a sucker There is bias when it comes to promotions and advancements Alot of bad apples so expect maximum scrutiny.
