      Cons

      No time off in your first year followed by 1 maybe 2 weeks off for the next 5 years, no single days. No sick days without suspicions. Benefits are basic. No commission on sales.

      Upper management is in the US , they have unrealistic expectations and KPIs. They have pretty bad management skills
