People who are ready to learn are welcome here and will be rewarded for their hard work. A company with lot of potential and product that can capture the market in the near future.

Cons

Coin has two sides, its very easy to criticise and pass comments. Young minds should look at the positives and the not negatives. The vision should be to learn and grown along with the organisation.
