Nothing at all just ignore you

Absolutely horrendous, applied for a job here on indeed, completed the questionnaire, got through to an interview. Lore messaging straight away telling me to let her know how it goes, day before the interview they cancel it. Then ignore 4 messages asking why all of a sudden my interview has been cancelled to no reply for nearly a week! Wouldn't be bothered if I didn't have another job interview that day I cancelled due to this interview.

Nice people, good industry to be in

Very seasonal work. No real induction to company. No structured training plan. Expected to use personal mobile for all work related content. Extra hours expected constantly, but not paid or given back.
