Pros
The environment is positive, and the office is filled with good people. Management allows for a certain sense of freedom - no micro-managing, no strict rules, and even some Friday afternoons off before long weekends! People are compensated for hard work, and there is always room for advancement.
Cons
It's a tough industry to be in, so there are a lot of ups and downs. Compared to some other recruitment agencies, this place is concerned for its employees, as well as its clients.
