      Pros

      1. Co-workers were very professional and friendly. 2. The work environment at the workgroup level was great. 3. Easy access to the office as it is close to the train station.

      Cons

      Poor coordination of work teams. Lacking of a training environment for people with little work experience. There is a lot of stress in meetings with the head of the department, because his ideas are not stable, so he may change the whole project quickly.

      1. Salaries are below industry standards. 2. The workload is heavy and sometimes overwhelming. 3. Benefits could be more comprehensive and competitive.
