Pros
- I really enjoyed working here as my first "real" job. I worked there for two summers before and after my freshman year of high school. - You can work for just one week and make some quick cash or work a couple locations for more money--it's pretty flexible. - I really liked that I had a lot of responsibility. When I proved myself capable, I was given more control over my class and my duties. The management and my co-teachers trusted me and weren't patronizing. - I also loved working with the kids! I'm a future teacher and I think this was a great experience.
Cons
- Some of my coworkers were not the best, and I had to pick up slack, but I think that's typical of all teen jobs. - Sometimes things were pretty disorganized and you had to improvise as you went.
