Pros

Manufacturers a very high quality product

Cons

Interviewed and job offered under one set of circumstances, i.e. sales territory, number of accounts, existing business. All changed at the end of the first week. Territory physically cut in half, not all accounts transferred (sales manager kept most lucrative for himself). Very arrogant toward customers.

Pros

You can expect to be support throughout the entire hierarchy at Camfil. You can truly ask for help from anyone and you will be received with a warm welcome.

Cons

Sales is not for the faint of heart. You have to have some thick skin.
