      You are given all the tools needed to succeed. Management is very proactive and they do everything in there power to help you be successful. The company is very family oriented. Great work, life balance.

      Cons

      None that i can think of. It has been a joy to work here and i cant think of another place i would ever consider working.

      You can expect to be support throughout the entire hierarchy at Camfil. You can truly ask for help from anyone and you will be received with a warm welcome.

      Cons

      Sales is not for the faint of heart. You have to have some thick skin.
