      Pros

      Decent pay and good benefits. Most people seem passionate about what they do and try to make decisions based on what is good for the company as a whole.

      Cons

      Too many competing projects using the same key resources. Lots of burn-out and change fatigue all over the company. I think they should concentrate on a couple of key initiatives and implement in a planned and controlled manner.

      Pros

      They good company to work for. with good insurance a 401k plan. the also have a very good safety program a company car good working environment.

      Cons

      The only down side to working for Cameco Resources is the 90 mile drive one way so roundtrip is 180 miles four times a week. witch can get a little difficult in the winter.
