      You may come across few good co-workers, occasionally!

      Cons

      No structure, no procedures and no middle management either ( toothless and cuffed) It missed the professionalism which is really poor in addition to extremely poor code of conduct . (I believe that HR managers failed to process their job as they sacked 3 in few months)

      Easy to axes from the highway

      It feels like a never-ending startup trapped in chaos: management is practically nonexistent, theory endlessly outweighs execution, and people spend more time running around problems than actually solving them. Add a strong “family-and-friends business” culture to the mix, and you end up with an environment where structure, accountability, and real progress are constantly missing. Their new products bring even more chaos.
