Toxic leadership, lots of gossip and backstabbing. Other managers say they will help and support you, but ignore you when you ask. Executive leaders play favorites and are inconsistent across different states with standards and treatment of locations. Policy materials are all outdated and when you ask for help you’re told to figure it out yourself with no resources. Absolutely no procedures in place for some of the most important parts of operations. HR difficult to contact and very rude. Overall, the company talks a really big game with a family culture and support, but doesn’t follow through. Most stressed out I’ve ever been and wasn’t paid nearly enough to be treated like that. Don’t waste your energy.
