You really get the sense that you are family when you work here and not just another number in the "system". CHI is a successful and vibrant champion in its industry and always thriving to do better. I love working for a company where I feel my work is doing a lot for people everyday.

Lack of communication. It's hard when you're a manager and your employees are relaying important information, including changes or additions within your own department, to you and not your direct manager (Senior Manager). No tuition reimbursement if currently offered. It would be nice if they'd bring back this really great benefit.
