The leadership is very approachable, flexible and dedicated. The work environment is very friendly, and everyone is very supportive of each other. There is a real team spirit. The work is very interesting and challenging. Projects cover a very wide range of topics, so you are always learning something new. You get the chance to really make a difference, both to clients and internally right from the start. There is plenty of responsibility and ability to direct ones own work. You get the chance to work with high level execs at well known companies, as well as with world renowned scientists.
Cons
The workload can be quite significant, but that is to be expected and there is always plenty of moral and practical support at hand.
