Pros

I've been with Cambrian for the past 3 months, and so far it's been the best company I've ever worked for. They recently went through a leadership change on the GTM side before hiring me, bringing on a CRO with immense expertise in the space, management skills, and someone who genuinely cares for every person on the team. The GTM team is really tight-knit, everyone is very dedicated to their craft, is constantly in service of one another, and it has contributed to a very positive professional environment.

Cons

I have no cons on the company.

Pros

Cambrian is currently transitioning to new C-Level and VP leadership team. The company has become more employee focused and has taken multiple tangible steps to improve Cambrian as a place to work in the last 12 months. New leadership has also brought on more headcount to help alleviate work load issues. I would give Cambrian 3.5 stars, rounded up for current trajectory - New leadership has brought in needed talent and made necessary changes to move the company to the next stage -Strong and Supportive PE firm backing the organization -Modernization of benefit offerings; Paid Parental leave, better insurance, better 401k vesting schedule, clear OT and holiday pay policies -Interesting technology and worth while mission (clean water) -New Hire compensation now aligns more with market rate -Small organization so you will be able to work on a variety of projects and have access to C-Level people.

Cons

Cambrian still faces some historical and persistent challenges, namely around personnel and institutional knowledge. Historically, there has been significant turn over that has lead to constant changes in responsibility and things being missed or done incorrectly. -Legacy employee comp well below current market rates due to historical hiring philosophies -Patch-work systems due to high turnover at leadership level positions
