      Pros

      Good Starting Place for inexperienced chemist(starting careers) Good exposure to Analytical Methods (NMR,HPLC, LC-MS,UPLC, GC ) Good and solid lab crew on all groups. Nice town - if small towns are to your liking

      Cons

      Flat Organization- No growth for capable and deserving Lab Crew. Severe Laboratory Attrition - can not keep its most experienced lab staff. Ineffectual Middle and upper management (Peters principle). Laboratory space is limited. Small town - if small towns are not your thing. Gift card pacification mentality ( Industry veterans will understand but if you like subway it should not bother you) Ineffectual HR department

      Pros

      Site capabilities and scientific personnel in the US are world-class.

      Cons

      Sales management is more concerned with 'covering their 6' than effectively managing a talented sales team to success. Upper management is focused on selling the business. Poor front-line moral of scientists and key personnel.
