      Great young team, very helpful and always try to help you Lot of exposure (going to client meetings) Big deal flow Learn a lot Much more respectful and better hours than other M&A places I have been working with a lot of interns who all felt the same

      Not hiring a lot at the junior level

      Pros

      Nice team spirit. Good exposure on deals. Strong learning curve. All the employes are really good at what they do and willing to teach you.

      Cons

      Not cons but good to know: not all deals are tech deals. Strong focus (too much?) on design and not so much on technical skills.
