Pros
The chef makes great food, owner rents the rink in a nearby town every Monday in winter, occasional 3 day weekend
Cons
The use of a profit share bonus drives hostility and sloppyness. Production is scheduled for a full 40 week, and with the mandatory overtime every week the production still falls behind due to high expectations. Management promotes workers who know the owner or the owner's family, even if the worker isn't smart enough to do the job. Talent evaluation by HR/hiring team is very poor, often leads to workers with poor work ethic being hired on. Some production areas are severely under-manned.
