Pros
There are some very friendly people that work there. A majority will go way above and beyond to make the patient comfortable.
Cons
If you don’t know the important people or aren’t part of the “cool kids” good luck to you. The entire place needs an overhaul. Some people have worked there for 40+ years and have no business still working there. Most of the managers need to be cleared out and fresh faces need to be brought in.
