Thanks for your comments. We're glad to read that you find the teams and your felllow colleagues a good group as it's important to have that community in where you work. We are changing as a business and have recently undertaken our second colleague survey in recent weeks where we plan to reveiw the feedback and provide clear, action orientated plans to address what we hear so we can improve our business further for all colleagues.
