Pros

You get paid every two weeks, salary wasn't the greatest, but at least my co-workers were great to work with.

Cons

Senior management is made up of five people; four of which are the most unprofessional, inexperienced, micro-managing, back stabbing individuals you'll ever find in business today. The only reason this company is still in business today is because the owners have some really deep pockets from other investments. The Staff turnover rate for one year was almost 50% of their entire workforce and the only concern management had about it was how much severance pay they had to pay out that year. HR department is pathetic and real only consists of payroll admins that outsource payroll to a third party company. You may need a job but seriously don't even think that you'll last a year here.

Pros

Calmont has a really good culture — people here care about what they do and help each other out. Management is approachable, and you never feel like just a number. There’s always something new happening, so the days go by fast, and you get to learn a lot across different areas. It’s the kind of place where if you take initiative, they notice it.

Cons

Things can move quickly, especially during busy times, so you’ve got to stay organized. Communication between branches could be a bit smoother, but overall the team does a great job keeping everyone in the loop.
