Pros
If there's an issue with the time sheet they will assist.
Cons
Benefits are very poor--and, I've noticed, even if you opt out of taking health care through them (which they cover $150/month), they will continue taking that amount from your monthly checks.
PTO is 5 days per year and 7 for sick leave--the latter was initially upfront as per contract but recently declared it an 'error' and now say it was supposed to be accrued as per PTO (albeit at a lower rate). This means the worker is more likely to have to take LWOP instead of paid sick leave throughout the year, since they won't have enough accrued hours. Since the contract in question is already paid up, they're pocketing every dime. And trying to discuss your concerns with the company is tricky, to say the least. Not worth it.
