The things that can be seen as negatives would be the industry is a little saturated & difficult. So the job isn't for everyone, it tends to spit out the week pretty quick

There is to much favoritism in the warehouse under the new warehouse managers. They take care of there family members and child hood friends and lay off good employees to keep them around. It's also well know the managers sleep with the employees and offer them jobs if they do. You also have to kiss a lot of behind with the new managers and smoke weed and drink beer with them so you can be on there good side. You get treated poorly if you are not part of there crowd while others take long lunches and brakes but if one comes one minute late you will get warn about it.
