It can get overwhelming with so many things happening around you. The environment is ever-changing, so things can change in a matter of hours.

Helpful team lead and colleagues. Leave policy pretty good.

Poor incentives policy. No support from manager related to work and everything. No work time limit they will make you work on weekends and also sometimes late night. So much workload but no proper deadline and management.
