Pros
Ambitious and aggressive company that is committed to being one of a handful of profitable cloud companies - a great strategy for the long term. Desire to reward high performing and committed employees and provide them a stake in the company. Company is still small enough that an individual can make a difference. A players will get noticed and fast tracked to senior roles - there's no real restriction on what you can achieve and ambitious people will thrive.
Cons
Some growing pains and processes that have become unnecessarily bureaucratic over time. While top performers will do well here, 9-5 work-to-live types may struggle to advance.
