We have always promoted openness and trust on the floor, something that has opened up multiple avenues for communication and helped foster and nurture talent and relationships alike, for the past 8 years or so. Since your review is anonymous, there seems to be a misalignment in values right there. Nevertheless, we will try and be better :)
