Pros

Being able to work from home is always a plus. There is always someone available to answer questions. Management cares about the employees and work with us when it comes to our different schedules.

Cons

I have yet to experience something that I did not like since joining this tea!

Pros

Easy to deal with management. Since you're 1099, you can "control" your time. Work from home with a solid connection. Management backs you up when clients or customers are difficult. Easy onboarding -- very supportive.

Cons

Low pay, no benefits. Lots of screen time which can be fatiguing. No incentive to "go the extra mile" or opportunities for advancement. Little social interaction with coworkers -- you are really on your own, good or bad. Not saying that mgmt leaves you in the dark, and you can always reach out, but the only people you talk to day-to-day are potential clients.
