Typical corporate chain - Front of House Manager California Pizza Kitchen Employee Review

The company is essentially run by the hourly employees. As a manager you have little to no power to help better run the business. Their whole operation is set up in the favor of the employees, which are lazy and overly entitled. I understand the pay isn’t great, but then shouldn’t you look for a better job then stay in a place that you are just slowly but surely bringing it to its knees?
